Great performance from Souths, especially on D. Panthers really missed Edwards. He would have supported that break made by Yeo. It also would have meant Crichton would have been on the wing and made a better attempt at tackling Gagai in that try. Hope he is back next week.

Awful discipline and half the team looked gassed for most of the game. Another embarrassing performance in a big game. All the wins throughout the year are useless when you can't perform in big games and we're continuing our reputation for not delivering when it matters.

Oh well it’s not to late to get back on the Storm bandwagon…….

Just a phenomenal defensive effort from souths, they really stepped up today. I'm going to go against the grain and say that everyone's going off a little half cocked writing off the panthers here. Their line speed in defense is fantastic and it's going to be hard for anyone to score much against them. Their attack was definitely rattled by the souths defense but there were signs that they were close to just busting the game wide open. I think the game could have easily blown out in their favour if they got a lead in that second half.

I certainly wouldn't want to be facing the panthers next week. Also souths looked absolutely stuffed at the end of the match, they're going to need that extra week off to recover. That was an intense 80 minute effort.

I think the panthers will definitely win next week and it'll be a brutal match against the storm. The winner of that will win the GF.
