Souths Till I Die

Adam was given an offer that Souths knew he could not and would not accept.

It is a shiz sandwich based on his form, his value and his past sacrifice.

On the back of his loyalty, marquee talent and attributes, his stature and standing in the club, It’s one of the most insulting and degrading offers ever made to any player in the history of the game.

Solly may as well have rung the Sharks and the Broncos directly himself.

Your club is not the victim in this, it’s got the axe and there’s blood all over it.

It’s caught in the act and it needs to be held to account.

That rusty sits back and keeps playing flight simulator, hoping it will all go away, reflects poorly on him.

I quite like Rusty as an actor. One of the best in the world.

God mate are you sure you're not a Souths fan, you carry on like some of them?

Just because other clubs are willing to pay overs for a half that is reaching the end of the career doesn't mean we are.

Despite popular belief i see Reynolds resigning with us anyway, especially if he watched Friday nights games.

Just getting back to some of my costings that where previously questioned. Below is an excerpt from the ssfc member co annual report from a couple of years ago;

So I take you to the expenses figure.

Give or take a few finals games I was close to $1m per game played.

All you have to do is work out how many games Renno has won for you by his kicking etc times that by a $1m and that’s the financial justification for his continued tenure.

And he’s such a terrible and incapable player, he’s now the top point scorer.

1st out 560 players. So he’s gone from top 1 % to top .20%.

Arguably, here and now, the best player in the nrl.

And he’s so precious, we find out today, that instead of coaching his side, Kevin Walters and broncos senior staff are flying into Sydney to meet him personally next week.

It’s arguable but that wouldn’t be costing the Bronx any less than $10k in salaries, down time and travel, even if it’s for only an hour.

They think he’s worth it when His own club won’t talk seriously with him. Trying to puppet master him, an abusive game of bluff.

If the broncos, the Sharks and many others are on the same page as me and lots of people here, so be it.

It looks like Solly and his faceless officials in the chalmers street bunker are under fierce and unrelenting attack. The last stand of the uncaring, suit wearing bully boy economic fascists.

So they should be.

FTW Renno.

The way he’s being treated, you’re lucky he’s hanging around for 2021.

I have done nothing to you, don’t single me out.

He’s not a “half” as you put it so vaguely, his name is Adam Reynolds.

Maybe your club hasn’t heard of him. Seems like it.

Reynolds is out for 4 to 5 weeks ligament damage thumb, now we see whats what now management will see his value

Wayne Bennett said in the presser after the titans press conference that he wanted to blood taafe that week but he wasn't ready. Early mail says taafe starts at 7 next week. I would personally prefer Hawkins as I think taafe needs to spend the year in NSW cup.

Taafe is better than sam walker, he is also older, he will handle it, and he kicks

The only problem is if it is apparent that we are a lot worse off without him, the club won't back down and will still let him go.

We're still yet to see whether we actually are a lot worse off without him. My opinion is that we probably aren't. We have 3 players that I think are more important than him but 1 of them is suspended.

I figure that’s another reason why he’s always been selected. Pull the curtains across lest the grubby windows are seen.

It would be frightening to have to stand his boots.

I’m all ok to wish his replacement fair weather and a good game. I mean that sincerely, whatever my criticisms of management.

Hope Adam doesn’t have to attend the meeting with Kev in a moon boot. Not a good look at any job interview for a footy player I imagine.

You can imagine being asked about your injury situation when you’re handing the crutches to the waiter. Slightly awkward I would think, not the “ice breaker” anybody wanted!

A moon boot on his thumb?
