Did you see the story in the paper today? They were having an opposed training session that was getting physical and Marsters tried to tackle Trell. Lets just say it didn't end well for Marsters.

The problem is that we won't be able to do that deal this season, because Pangai gets more $$$ than Sua, and we'd be over the limit on the cap.
The second problem is, to get Pangai for next season, and outbid everyone else, we'd have to take, at a minimum, 100% of Pangai's salary (which is what the Broncos want). With Adam off the books, we might be able to squeeze him in, since they are both on about the same money, but if someone like the Tigers come in off the top rope with a bigger offer, we won't be able to match it, and have a shot at keeping Gagai, or signing another big name.

But we should definitely be looking at Pangai as a get for our squad. And from what I can see with our books, it's definitely dooable, IF we are interested in him.

But they signed Reynolds and upgraded Staggs, so they need to clear more salary, like getting Lodge off the books (who no one wants @ $800K) as well as Pangai, and maybe others.

But yeah, a deal can be done IF Solly and Pappas are interested. It's up to them....
