Another absolute legend of the modern era gone. It's a sad day. What a career Benji has had, certainly one of the best to ever do it. Even when he played against us, I always admired him and he was always one of my favourite guys who didn't play for us. It's true what they say, that he's inspired an entire generation. It's not said lightly either because it's completely true, growing up in NZ, I've seen it first hand. Everyone would try to be Benji.

I feel extremely proud and blessed that we got to cheer him on in a Souths jersey in the final year of his career. It's been super special and is something I'll never forget. Thanks for you service for our club Benji, in the one year you've been here you've had a massive impact that will hold us in good stead for years. I'll always remember you as a Rabbitoh.

Not a big game player please mate he has been getting better every year. He was outstanding in the prelim this year and apart from that intercept I thought he played great in the grand final. We won’t find anyone currently better than him out there.

Correct we won’t miss Su’a but Reyno and Gagai are massive losses. Benji, Mago and Burns going hurts our depth a bit too.
