The try up the middle was due to Moses Leota having a brain fade not due to a lack of effort. Watch it and he should have went back as the second marker with Yeo on the ground but he's in the habit of fading back in the line in between the two markers and A defender (that all our middle do) so he couldn't make the tackle and was offside. Fish probably thought Moses was behind him.
Other times it's a bit worryingly if it's something like a disjointed line but I feel like something like this sorts itself. TPJ over read the hooker half a step and the last try was due to the 25km wind blowing the ball backwards making bombs much harder to catch.

Isn't as bad at fullback where you can pass to your wingers and run the ball in brocken space/off quick play the the balls. But as a winger you have to play like a prop taking one up hit ups and more rarely face a staggered defensive line.Moylan was similar when he first appeared, was dragged around like a rag doll.
