I heard about 17k for Penrith. So about 73k for first 3 games of round. Season total of 2721k with 13 games to play. If they average 16 the normal season total will be about 2930k the best since 2014 and 11th best season overall.

Good result especially coming off covid and warriors playing most games at Redcliffe

Good crowds all around. Need to normalise strong home attendances even when playing non-Sydney clubs. Well done Penrith.

Yeah acknowledged mate, but you usually get 1-1.5k of the season ticket holders that don't turn up for whatever reason, this game everyone will want to be there.

Even if they lose today they will still be playing to be in 2nd place by the end of the Penrith game given sharks play the following day.

If they lose today, Cronulla pretty much have 2nd spot sewn up. I highly doubt they will be troubled by either Canterbury or the Knoughts tbh.

True but you can only do your part and a win next Saturday puts hem in 2nd at fulltime regardless of today's result. If they lose today, a win next week may also save them from 4th and a trip to Penrith week 1 pending the parra/storm result.

Great work panthers success is not wasted on them for sure. I do believe the 6pm game does work in certain areas. I kinda like going to those games myself. Just got to be strategic where we put them. With warriors at home next year we can take a few. Then you can have a few at Newcastle, Canberra, Penrith (for low fancied opposition of course), cowboys, the gong even.

When you have 40K members this is what happens. If 3K or 4K don't turn up you can't sell their seats so the game is a sell out. Are you five years old?
You missed the earlier posts you old gronk. Melbourne announced a “sell out” but a shitload of tickets were still available for purchase on ticketek - as per my screenshot. The game was not sold out, Melbourne just announced it as such to pose to their sponsors and potential new sponsors.
