Maybe...but Canberra didn't have the intent to win or telepathic cohesion like this Pampfers side. For that reason alone, Pemriff is a cut above. Also, they have gone back to back (should really be 3) Premierships. Neither Manly nor Canberra did that. There's nothing to say they won't be favourites to win the next 2 or 3 either based on squad age/quality. Better winning percentage over a 3 year period too.

This side is the best of the modern era hands down imo.
