I think Parra weren't ready for a game like this. Left holes all over the park and could not stop Panthers making huge metres in the first half. But they never gave up and their second half was better, but the game was over.
Agree. They played like we did in 2020 GF. Except we put up a fight in second half and they didn't do that. Our experience was key and they smacked them. Romey was right...they can call us Daddy 🤣

I mean that was just a boring grand final. The eels didn't even fire a shot. The difference in class was huge. I imagined Penrith would wear them down and win. But it only took 10mins and was lights out.
A dynasty has been created and isn't finished. The Eels now will need a rebuild. I was never convinced they where that good this season. 3 wins on the trot was their best run. Shame the game wasn't a little more exciting for the fans. One way traffic.
Enjoy the night
All class Hindy. Your team did well to make the GF, but I don’t think any team would have stood in the way of the Panthers tonight; we played awesome.

So great to just have a totally dominant final series. We got lucky about how healthy we were with no season ending injuries along the way, but we took that luck and delivered!!

It was boring. Atleast Souths got the heartbeats going. It just wasn't an edge of your seat exciting game in any shape or form. Sour grapes? Why would you think that. The superior side crushed them. Most expected Penrith to win. I was hoping for a closer and tight game. And a miracle finish.
Parra looked done after 10mins
I was pretty relaxed after 10 minutes so I can only agree with you Hindy; that wasn’t particularly exciting as a game.

But as an exhibition of a brilliant football; amazing!!

That was why I was very confident because very hard to get to that level 1st time

Also kudos to Salmon, I've been sceptical all year in regard to what happens if he comes in for an injured player

Parra targeted him and he was 2003 GF Shane Godneyesque filling in at left centre.
I wonder if he will still be with us next year?

I'm a superstitious merkin when it comes to footy so I figured I'd stay away from posting for a bit especially today

I haven't watched any of our Grand Final games live since the 1990 one. Seems to be working so far, except for the Storm f**king it up that one time.
