Tatola and Burgees out and Arrow with a possible groin injury is not great for Souths coming up against a well rested Penrith team. The upside is that Cleary has had shoulder injuries in the past and would be no issue for the back up front rower to give it a bit of a testing out. Tatola nearly had that sharks wingers shoulder out of its socket, go one better this game on Cleary

Kick early and make Fatrell turn about and tire himself out, make sure we stay in his face and he's good for a couple of brain farts leading to penalties.

Simples.
Thing is, our game plan is so transparently simple, yet they can't stop this immovable object that we are. We perform it so well with so much precision, teams simply don't have an answer.

I would prefer to see Souffs win but Penrith by plenty. Panthers and Eels are the 2 best sides in the comp and will meet in the GF.
It will be the match up of the ages. Hope it happens, as the bragging right will last for an eternity.

If Panthers go back to back it will have to be one of the most impressive achievements ever considering they're doing it with a weak gutted dog on the bench.

Their true weakness is their bench if they lose a second rower to injury through the game. They rely heavily on being able to get 80 (or close to 80) minutes out of Kikau, Martin and Yeo.
Two in a row would be nice, although I won't be satisfied until we get four in a row.

Was on the fence about who to support in this one. Then @GongPanther got stuck into his parents liquor cabinet and started spamming the thread.

What’s the minimum number of teef I need to knock out to get on the Souffs train??
Gong is about 70 years old I can't imagine he got into the cabinet all by himself.

Its such a smug f**ken comment hey? Parra went through a million years of dominating the lower grades, winning useless club championships and still haven't won the f**ken comp. Lower grade success is almost meaningless. Those players may never grow past that level of footy, they might cop a series of bad injuries and fade away, they might go on Mormon missions (is that still fashionable?)

Penrith have been amazingly lucky that this current crop of juniors just about all stayed fit and made the step up to become the players they are, and not a pack of Connor Broadhursts, Tom Humbles and Jakob Lokos
Yeah, but also, Parra.
