Two in a row would be nice, although I won't be satisfied until we get four in a row.
Some great teams that have made 3 GF's in a row only to win 1...

Manly 95-97
Easts 02-04
Storm 06-08 (obviously Asterix premiers and they did win the grand final in 09) but at the end of 08 they only had 1 premiership from 3 grand finals
Storm again 2016-18

maybe the Panthers will be like the great Raiders side 89-91 that won 2 out of 3 😎

You know, when we signed Havili, I never thought that he'd play the majority of the year as a reserve middle/prop and be arguably our best replacement forward. Big loss this week for us.

With T Burgess out as well the middle is suddenly a big concern for Souths

Might be worth shifting Arrow to the middle and starting Chee Kam on the edge?

Chee Kam keeps his bench spot, with Arrow shifting to the middle when he's on. Moale will come in for Havili and do a job.

If Arrow doesn't play, then we're in big trouble.

What a pathetic post.
You come on to our board's posting garbage and now MIA with your tail between your legs, and gutlessly spew your hate here.
You've copped multiple blowout thrashings, you resorted to being the thugs that you are and ended up getting bashed, but you want to hold onto your scrap of history?
Here is a history lesson for you:

Almost correct. Unfortunately, Blacktown is now part of the peninsula….

From what I hear, Blacktown Workers is a poorly run footy club at the moment. I don't think Penrith are mourning the loss.

There's more talent out there than the Panthers know what to do with. They just get the first dibs and let the Manly's, etc, take some scraps. Just becareful of the Roosters coming in with their chequebooks.

There's absolutely no way we run out vs the Panthers with the bench named (Nikorima, Sele, Chee Kam, Cartwright). Interesting to see which way JD eventually goes.

What are his options Yobbo? There was the young prop who did well for a few games; is he injured or out of form?

Like the rest of the non-Penrith or Souths NRL fans, I hope for a fantastic, edge of your seat, high quality game with a heap of head scratchers from Klein to have everyone talking about if for years to come.

And that the winner struggles to field 17 players for the GF.
