Some significant outs for both teams however I think Manly are less affected. Their spine and attack looked in good shape in the trials. Penrith also have new combinations on both edges and so I'm expecting defence will be an issue for them.

O'Sullivan has a lot to offer. With the time he has been here, he has slotted in well. IMO, this game for both sides will be a tad clunky so don't expect the game of the century.
