Was counting on the Roosters winning tonight as I was going to take my Roosters supporting son to see them next week. I don`t think the Storm has a snowball`s against the Panthers, with the Roosters you never know. No way they should have lost that game, they were all over the Storm.

Why would you play it at the worst big stadium in Sydney? Dumb. Should be at commbank. 25k - 30k panthers fans in there would be good atmosphere.

Advantage is playing at the grand final ground the week before

Penrith will draw around 35K in a prelim. More than Bankwest capacity. Would be ideal at Allianz but I'm sure Penrith fans would prefer Accor for distance and travel.

Having 7 of 9 finals game sell out is still an outstanding result though, considering none of the big Sydney clubs made the 8.

We have had nearly an entire season without too much “disgusting crowd”, “game dying”; “‘the NRL should have played x at y”; “club z has no fans”
it is great to see the crowd thread come back to form.

Grr that Melbourne crowd should be at least 40000.
In all seriousness they should look at taking 1 blockbuster per season to dock lands and boost dat average. I think it would be cool for the wahs to do the same at Eden
