Why would Dom go back to England for a couple of months to then have to return to Australia?

Its not like he is struggling to keep his 1st grade spot

Best thing about those injuries listed is only 1 absolute top 17 player out of action, Mann and Jones ok backup and Maps virtually unsighted and yet to show his potential?

Did someone say Jayden Brailey is getting fixed by Bill Knowles? Everyone comes back pretty solid so hopefully we can keep Brailey fit now. Do we sign another 9 still? Crossland can be a pretty solid 14 coming on to play just 20 minutes a game.

Dane Gagai has suffered a plantar fascia injury. With the bye coming next week, Dane will commence rehab with the goal of Round 20 selection.

Krystian Mapapalangi has begun unrestricted team training and will be available for selection in coming weeks.

Dane Aukafolau has suffered a knee injury and as a result is unavailable for selection this week. Pending successful rehab progress, Dane should be available within the next two weeks.

Hymel Hunt has begun reintroduction to team training and will be available for selection in coming weeks.

Toohey saying that Dsaf has been playing injured for weeks, obviously the dude is a liability out there, why risk playing him?!

are we that worse off starting Jsaf and having someone from nswcup play bench frf?

Apparently Hastings has had a small fracture in his leg the whole year. Will be undergoing surgery for it during the off season.

Clune is great when we're on the front foot and can get try assists and repeat sets but our side lacks direction without Hastings. Hopefully we get a fully fit and firing!

If we can get Brailey and Hastings fully fit anything can happen next year I do like the idea of Brailey off the bench in short bursts until he is fully fit. Phoenix has earned his spot.

Hastings posting on instagram and twitter about having surgery, obviously on his ankle

do we anticipate him being good to go for week one of pre season? Not sure on recovery time for ankle surgery (not even sure what procedure he had done)

He'll be there but likely in the rehab group for the first month I'd guess

He had another plate put into his ankle to fix a fracture near the existing plate

Hoping Jacko can get back somewhere near full fitness. Was obvious all year he was second guessing that injury. And that is completely understandable. When people were commenting on his lack of pace it is pretty self explanatory.

I would give him an extra month or two off. Let the man fully recover and chime in week 4 or 5 or 6 into the new season. We have Cogger who is more than good enough to cover for the first couple of weeks.
