On The Broncos V Dolphins... Sorry forgot to quote/reply.

I imagine it literally being called 'The Brisbane Derby'. Goes with 'The Queensland Derby (Broncos/Cowboys)' and 'Southeast Queensland Derby (Broncos/Titans)'
Cowboys/Titans is referred to as a QLD Derby as well but not 'THE' QLD Derby.

No need, simply “the” derby will suffice lol

And I believe the tigers need to have 1 home ground and it has to be accor
Accor is a ghost town.

I'd like 5/5 for Campbelltown and Leichhardt, retain our Tamworth deal, and alternate between Magic Round and a game in NZ each year (12 home games).

Campbelltown should get nothing due to regular bad attendance there and the Campbelltown community provide sfa money towards the club
Leichhardt needs $200 million in renovations just to come up to scratch and nobody will pay it

And a game in nz will piss off potential book makers who sometime in the future will want to throw money at the club

When the team were successful it was doing good with attendance.

Why alienate 2 fan bases by playing at a soulless wastleland?

It’s about time we have a WCC game again, was the last one around 2014? Also with the WC in the UK, the WCC should move here

Defs time for the WCC to return to Aust
forget that stupid game in the USA, pointless & expensive , unless someone else is paying for it & even if they were , lets not embarrass ourselves with games in places that have zero appetite for our game .
Reeks of racistballs ridiculous attempts at getting something going in China & NZ in recent decades & we don't need to make ourselves look foolish like they did.

The impact of the Women's World Cup according to the Tele:

* Melbourne Storm will have to move out of AAMI to play home games at Marvel Stadium or in Geelong, somehow trying to fit them in between AFL games. They can’t even use their stadium gym.

* The Wests Tigers can’t play a home game for the last nine weeks at Leichhardt or Campbelltown. They will use CommBank Stadium.

* The Broncos will move to the Gabba for three home matches, scheduled in between Brisbane Lions AFL games.

* The Roosters will have to go back to the Sydney Cricket Ground for home games and move out of their Moore Park high performance centre.

* The Bulldogs will use Belmore Sports Ground for two games instead of one.

* Gosford Stadium, where Sydney clubs regularly play games, is also out of play for nine weeks.

Pretty poor form that the roosters are back at the SCG lol. At least we're being forced into commbank.

The whole thing is a cluster f*ck, i suppose the only good thing is that it will see whether the West Tigers supporters will give Commbank a real chance of becoming a real home ground in the future. I have been used to the sub standard views for the Roosters games at the SCG for the last few years I suppose another year isnt going to hurt 😐

With the AFL having first dibs on Gabba/SCG/Marvel/Geelong, does this mean the NRL will have to wait for the AFL draw? The AFL draw won't be out until December so that is a worry

The lions seldom play home games on a Friday night
And if melbourne play a game or 2 at Geelong they'll be fine
