Me still 😂😂 10 to go last tackle 20 out Reynolds goes to the 15 for a hitup instead of an attacking kick Penrith on the back of that get a dropout... On the back of that Reynolds kicks it out on the full then wastes a challenge..

Reynolds game controller my ass just heard Cronk the f**king idiot say that's why he was brought to the club

Reynolds isn't getting any younger. Brisbane have the side but they'll need to fill the hardest position in league soon.
Flegler and Herbie are super players also.
💯 ...flegler was the main man before Haas started riding off his coat tails.
Flegler, farnworth gone and an older and injury prone Reynolds...
Next yr will be a bigger challenge for the Broncos...
Mam and Walsh are absolute superstars though

Walsh is going backwards next season this GF and all the media will get to him.

Ma'am will get a better offer at another club and leave.

Fleggler is at the fins next year so the Broncos need to find his replacement. He was better than Haas for the whole game tonight.

Herbie was a passenger tonight due to his hmy only of the wingers will move to centre next year.

Well the Broncos will have to do a South's and not re-sign Reynolds after 24 Ma'am goes on market in November. The Raiders are apparently throwing cash around for a half.

Reynolds 1-2 years max..then Mam is the main man on big $$$
So back to Parra...tell Roiders they can have Sanders now as long as they give us Xavier Savage...boom.
Savage fullback, Guth centres....get it done MON

But Ma'am could from November get 700k + a season from another Club.. (Ricky may even go 1 million to get him)

To stay at the Broncos he would have to take a major haircut while Reynolds is kept for another 2 seasons. He apparently is on 250k atm. While Reynolds is on 800k

I am not a fan of Savage honestly. I have more faith in AMS or our Flegg fullback in 2-3 seasons.
Fair but is this club ballsy enough to make a change like that.
I do however like Savage but AMS and Twidle both appear to have something about them too

Well Gutho is still out fullback for another 2 seasons by then both should be developed enough to take over if he moves on. Twiddle is alot like Gutho/Edwards not dynamic but gets involved and consistent.

Savage though does have some attacking ability scored a good try against us in the semis last year. If he comes cheap could be an option.

Do they? At the start of the year you’d have said point blank we have a far better team on paper.
Not at all. They had six players picked in Origin last year. They were sleeping giants. Then they added Walsh, who is one of the best players in the game. The NRL is a f**king joke.
our players are also paid higher than all of theirs in every key position, so your #broncosDollars doesn’t stack up at all
I agree our spine is better, but their outside backs blow ours away, and their pack is much better too.

The NRL is a joke when you already have an abundance of rep players in your team then can add more..

They Lose Fleggler next year so that will bring them back a peg or 2. Reynolds is a year older on shit legs as well...

With a better season with injuries and suspensions we should match them in the forwards. Especially at lock with Hopgood getting another season under his belt.

I pray with our back some thing falls in place over the offseason!

Wow. Just wow.

I was going to log in mid-game, when Panthers were down 24-8 and say that I didn't think they could come back from there with the minutes left and momentum of the game, after Mam's three tries (several scored through Nathan Cleary).

I was going to type something about Nathan Cleary disappearing into an Origin sized hole, and not handling the pressure when behind on the scoreboard, and joke about them needing Moses out there to have any chance of grabbing the three-peat.

And then bit by bit, with the first choice middles back on ramping it up, Nathan Cleary put on a 20min show of calm control and absolute finesse for the ages for them to score the three tries required to come back and win the thing and a deserved three-peat.

Bow down, Cleary was great and a well deserved medallist. Some absolute numpties (Kenny? Cogger?) snagged a premiership ring this year, but the Panthers' system is just so good. Crichton was immense though, and I suspect the Panthers will find him very hard to replace next season.
Agree Re Crighton - he was instrumental in that win. His best game for quite some time... he's earned a break now after winning 3 GF's. Fortunately for him he will get September off for the next 4 years at least over at Belmore lol...

At 18-8 I was quiet, at 24-8 I started shit talking my Panthers fans mates. It honestly feels like I just don’t get to enjoy a win at all when it comes to this sport.

I thought Cleary was average at best until that wayward Broncos pass when another try appeared certain. Luai was off and something just clicked. His final 20 minutes was as good as Ive ever seen. A player dreams of playing like that. Its was only 20 minutes but it certainly was enough.

Then they added Walsh, who is one of the best players in the game.

It's not a popular opinion, but at this point in time Walsh is way over rated for mine. Last night confirmed it, he went missing the entire first half ( apart from two dud kicks that gave away seven tackle sets ) He was caught out of position numerous times, and his goal line defense was borderline poor.

His speed is obviously elite, and he has a shit ton of raw talent, but his decision making and pass selection is often poor. Yeah he has gathered an impressive highlight reel this year, but there's almost as many lowlights which get glossed over in the jizz fest.

Clearly he has the raw talent to be one of, if not the best player in the game, and of course he's only young. But he's a long way from the finished product that would make him one of the best players in the game right now.
