"For any incident in our game, there is no predetermined outcome."

Lol yes there is. If someone stays down after Radley hits them, it's predetermined that he'll be sinbinned. If someone stays down after Ravalawa hits them, it's predetermined that he'll be sinbinned. If Tedesco drops to his knees and gets hit in the head, it's predetermined that the tackler will get sinbinned. If a Panthers players does something against the rules, it's predetermined that they'll receive no punishment.

How on earth did wighton not get cited for knocking Ponga into Disney land on the last play of the game?

I guess the NRL doesn’t want to draw attention to the obvious cat 1 concussion they ignored
How Ponga didn’t get HIA’d earlier in the game when he got kneed in the head and even went to touch his head but it looked like he thought, oh better not or I’ll get hooked for a check up.
That was a farce

Especially after dragging Tapine off a few minutes earlier. Sure Tapine stayed down to milk it but a hit to the head is the same regardless.

Yeah it's a conspiracy and the independent doctor is in on it.
Sure is, old pal, sure is. But nah, it's just (all) teams gaming the system.

Given the independent doctor takes at least 1 minute to make a decision, after the trainer has either given the thumbs up or cute little head tap - of course depending on whether (a) it is a forward who is due for a rest/rotation, or (b) the situation in the game - other team has momentum so let's slow it down for a HIA and give the all clear, knowing full well that 3 or 4 tackles later the game (& opponents momentum) will be stopped again to drag the player off, or (c) a spine player the team needs out there.

With Ponga's history and an apparent high tackle he should have come straight off. I'm sure the backup kicker would have still made the kick.

Lol I think anyone who thinks Ponga was in "Disneyland" needs to watch it again. He didn't even demonstrate any Cat 2 symptoms let alone Cat 1. The closest Cat 2 symptom was 'lying motionless' except he was up in 3 seconds. Clutching at straws big time.
