Melbourne played so poorly.
Lieros f**ked pass to Olam (not sure if he was trying to cut him out or not. should have been going through the hands anyway) was a massive opportunity.

The Storm take the lead there if they don't f**k that up and we all know how that affects Nathan and Jerome's game.
We'll win by a similar margin next week

How boring is the ‘Penrith is boring’ chat? Yawn. Just scored 38 points in a prelim, including two tries from over halfway.

Look, I get it. People want a more competitive game? The answer to that; the other teams need to get better…

This is my argument, None of our tries were off kicks or came from soft defence.

The Edwards try in particular was great lead up work

Penrith are waiting. Brisbane still need to win.

must be the dullest semi of any RL comp ever - not even a glimmer of exitement in the game - why did cleary kick for goal so late in the game with the game already won? boring fare - very very boring
Obviously because he wanted to run down the clock without further risk of injury.
Why is Shaun Lane wearing that silly hat in your avatar?

Yeah, thats the one thing I don’t get. Your Sky Fairy didn’t advance you to the next phase of the competition (or in the case of the Storm players) keep you injury free, you did (with the support of your Coaching/Physio/Medical staff)
Yeh, God getting too much credit when things go well but someone else gets the blame when things go wrong.

How does it affect Nathan & Jerome? We have given away leads and chased them down for a flogging twice before last night. if we are on our game we need to survive 20 minutes without giving up 50 and it's all over.

Last years preliminary final Souths led by 12 points early in the first half. Panthers put on 32 unanswered points to win by 20. So obviously it doesn't.

That's with 3 or 4 disallowed tries too. Panthers know they can weather opening onslaughts and get teams late. They don't panic because they're patient.
