Yep they should The Eels were robbed of a penalty as the Titans player was off side when Moses went for the FG it shouldn't matter if it goes over they need to be brave and award a penalty instead of the FG next time.

Annesley press conference tomorrow will be interesting.

In his last press conference, he explained how the offside penalty against Clark was correct (which it was) and then compared it to the field goal that Tanah Boyd kicked where Nikorima was onside. He didn’t show the Boyd 40m attempt where the Dolphins players were offside.
Last week’s press conference came a week after Annesley endorsed the decision to deny Fifita’s try for displaying effort against Fogarty’s negative play of obstructing the kick chaser.
The amount of scrutiny the officials come under at the moment would make it a very difficult job, but the boss of those officials green lighting objectively incorrect calls makes it difficult for them to improve.

The scrum penalty was for breaking early guess what in the 3rd minute of the second half Fafita broke early in the same spot. Guess it's only ok one way
