But Foottball is NOT physical knock down action. Its simply not the same in prep or on field action.
The NFL have a Pro Bowl and its been allowed to become a joke. Players previously suffered year long injuries so the NFL watered down the rules significantly.

Firstly, huge congrats to all four of our boys who were selected. Extremely proud of all of them. Special congrats to Cody for being recalled after a few years, and Keaon for making his debut. Well deserved and very proud.

But man, that is quite the shake up to the NSW side. I agree with a lot of the changes but the thing is, why do it now? Why not do it while the series was still alive? It defies belief, it really does. Really happy for Cody to be picked but as some have said, why for a dead rubber? Why now? You didn't think he was good enough for game 2, he should have been there for game 1! Makes me a bit angry. Because we lose Cody for a nothing game.

Man, I hope Cody kills it and shows NSW what they've been missing out on.

Don't even get me started on the Best and Gutherson selections. Jeez.

What an absolute joke that would be if NSW did dump Cooky on game day. There'd be a lot of pissed off people, especially us Souths fans. But I don't think it will happen, glad to hear Fittler say it won't. However, I guess we won't fully know until an hour before kickoff.

I would love to see South’s players next year boycott SOO if Fitler is coaching. After the Campbell Graham 18th man, then picking 4 guys for a non game, then rumours of dropping Cook its all a joke.

Personally I do not want any of our roster in Brad's nonsense. Look at Canberra. Wighton and Paprika anulled their SOO positions and look at the impact on their club's results. Sure they scrape by, fall in in most games, but I would like to see OUR star players there every game and forget about the Brad-Alexander-Gould garbage.
Players are most noted post-career by their TITLES won...or unwon.
Take N. Hindmarsh, he is constantly put down because he failed to win a Title, despite Parramatta being a heavy favourite in one of his GF defeats. You can see it really hurts Hindmarsh, he cringes when it is constantly mentioned, and I guarantee if someone asks him in private he would gladly exchange SOO wins for that Premiership. That remains until you are disparu: really, who gives a hoot about SOO wins!!!
