I remember a few years ago when Cabra ran out of players, but they did not forfeit any games as many guys played both grades each week. One game they had only 23 players so 11 played both grades.

Apparently a few injuries through out the grades.
I thought Roosters Flegg could have given them some players though

Can anyone confirm that today's Ryde v Bulls will be livestreamed by NSWRL. The game was mentioned as part of celebrating Licensed Clubs week, but nothing since?

With Wenty getting the win in Fiji and Hills smashing Ryde it looks like the Silktails will miss the finals once again.

They'd need to beat St Marys next weekend and hope Brothers can upset Hills, to grab that last spot in the top five.

Silktails very unlucky. Wenty were awarded a penalty try to Blake Cook which should never been awarded. Disgraceful decision.

Not quite as bad as the "knocked on" ruling in the Glebe v St Marys game when the Glebe player was knocked out cold by the St Mary shoulder :(

There'll be a week off next weekend after the final round.

Current understanding is this is the weekends/venues:

Prelim Semi Finals 12-13 Aug at St Marys
Major & Minor Semis 19-20 Aug at St Marys
Prelim Finals 25 or 26 Aug at HE Laybutt
Grand Final weekend of 2 Sep at Kogarah

Another weekend off after that for the premiers, then weekend 16 Sep Pres Cup semi finals, weekend 23 Sep Pres Cup grand final at Commbank (alongside NSW Cup and Flegg deciders)

In the other competitions, Maitland are currently leading the Newcastle RL with two rounds left, Illawarra led by Collegians (De La Salle one point behind Collegians, then Wests a win behind De La Salle), and out west Mudgee lead Group 10 and Dubbo lead Group 11 with three rounds left.
