if we’re not seriously looking at Corey Oates then we’re mad. The guy is an upgrade on Edrick and would be excellent on the left for us.

Not arguing with you at all.. But if our best looks are with Clune or Brooks at 7 then next year doesn't matter and it's not on AOB. Similar to this yr when we let Pearce go without replacing him, you're just kneecapping your team running Clune out as a first choice 7.

I am very happy with that. He is best case scenario heading into next year (based on who was available).

He might not be the most skilful half but he's bringing those intangible qualities we SORELY lack, especially for a half.

I hope it's Gamble/Clifford next year rather than Gamble/Clune.

Gamble starting at 6 for Broncs this week being reported. Now if you are Broncs surely you wait and see first. If he fires Broncs into finals by chance and beyond week 1 then it is fair deal by this club if it is true.
