After the Kev debacle with Gamble and the podcast I am not going to be in the least bit surprised if Parr pulls this deal.

A. The way people carry on about parr like he's jesus is bizarre.

B. There's no way they'll pull the deal over this.
He just threw his coach under a bus in a public domain and got reprimanded by his captain. A great look.

So from that you can speculate that this club may see him as a bit of a white ant and have second thoughts. Especially after Knowles and the storm there. At no time did I suggest it was a certainty.

Diazepam is a drug given to people in severe distress. That is called empathy. Makes Parr a good man.

Can’t work out why so many get caught up with the nonsense called “NRL NEWS” supposedly reported by acclaimed sports writers.
Gamble wasn’t criticising Walters rather complimenting his half back for clever tactical play.
If that’s not endorsement for the need of a clever half and the difference they make then nothing is. The Coach is only as good as his chief playmaker the Coach gets the credit for getting him or fortunate enough he was already in place.

So we did lose him...
From memory, we wanted to keep Tapine. He broke his contract because Canberra offered him more money then we were willing to pay for his new deal as we didn't think he was worth the money Canberra offered at the time, so he left for Canberra.

I think Joey Leilua had something to do with it as well as he was at Canberra and they were good mates.

If the player effectively breaching contract in order for us to release him to Canberra is “losing him”, then sure.

For once it wasn’t our incompetence. It was Ricky Stuart breaching the NRL rules.

You guys reckon we don't give Brailey enough respect and credit? He seems very highly thought of by other teams and the media in general.

Personally, I think he is a great hooker and team player. It's such a pity he is always injured.

I still have issues with creativity, he's also not the quickest. Though it is clear the team is not up to his level. He's made half breaks and absolutely noone within cooee of him in support.

I think his delivery is good, his defence is probably the best and obviously he's consistent, cares and always tries hard. In saying all that, I think he's still probably top 5 hookers in the game.

I have no idea who this Clarkey guy is but he also had Tex Hoy in the top 10 fullbacks in the NRL a week or so ago.

Lol.

Brailey was average in his first few games back but was close to his best the last few games and our attack benefited.

Hooker is not an issue for us if he stays on the field which he hasn’t been able to. Fingers crossed we get a full season out of him next year.

Not that it was a massive secret, but knights offical signed Gamble for 2 years

really really hope Clifford can find his form again and can lead the team at 7 with Gamble playing a Josh Reynolds type role

Watched him closely on Saturday and he offered nothing in the opposition 20. So he’ll fit in well if nothing else.
I'm certainly not doing backflips about Gamble but this is such a nothing comment.
What about their star 7? And outside backs etc etc
Half that team would walk into a starting spot here.
