Yikes not even raining and sitting in 2nd place. You’d expect every game to nearly sell out.
Yeah, that crowd was a D+. I'm more than happy for Cronulla to play at their ground during the regular season given that some of the biggest leagues in the world have teams that play out of stadiums of similar quality, but that crowd was really poor.

I hope that they run 3rd or 4th this year so that they are only guaranteed a home final out of Allianz.

That's not strictly true with regards to the stadium tho.
The stadium surrounds yes, a lot of improvements and developments have happened but as a result the stadium part is now reduced capacity in areas even when it fully re opens and there is no scope, room or money to do anything to fix that.
Doesn’t it go back to 17k once the leagues club is finished ?

and there is still room to on the eastern family hill to do something that wraps around to the leagues club

the two main stands have under 5k seats each I think that’s the problem

The dolphins did the competition a favour yesterday beating that joke of a club.

hopefully the sharks will go on to lose every remaining game of the season and preferably in the last minute as their so called “fans” need to suffer like the rest of us do watching them soil a prestigious competition like the NRL every other week.

Canberra vs North QLD isn't selling well. Average weather with showers predicted, and not a great time slot (even for Canberra). Looks like 11-13k based off the ticketing map.

6pm would be tolerable for Canberra (IMO!!!) if there was a stadium in Civic but I won't go there.

I would do anything for Canberra but I won’t do that……

I do hope someday we’ll see Canberra finally get a new or upgraded rectangular stadium but right now it still feels like a pipe dream.
