I understand why the wave design is on the kit, the incorporation of the Navy shield and the 'strike deep' statement, but what is the reasoning behind the three stripe V (that doesn't actually connect up(?

So it appears Parra's jersey designers and those approving them all have pretty hard crushes on the Bulldogs.

Or they simply keep forgetting that blue and white is already taken, and that their club is actually blue AND GOLD.

i would love to see parra revert to their 2020 home jersey (pic below), which actually has the right colours to represent the club - lots of blue, lots of gold and just a little bit of white.

Meant to represent the collar on the Navy junior sailors uniform.

Sees a sea of blue and white ... and is forever infatuated with the colour scheme.

Agree. Home, Away and an Alternate, which can be used as a Heritage if the club wants.
Drop all the special jerseys and have either some form of patch on the sleeves for those rounds or special socks.
