100% and as results mean nothing, coaches focus in on what they want to see.from their side and smart ones show absolutely nothing about how they intend to play leading into the competition.

sharks defence has been a problem for a few years, no surprise to me tgat was a defence orintated shitshow.

Especially with Hynes being out. It would have probably meant the attacking game plan would have been a lot less expansive than usual for the Sharks considering how pivotal Nicho has been for the Sharks.

Knights looking a little clunky but to be expected. Both these teams should be fun to watch this year.

I don't mean to sound like whingy PR, but I don't think much of Sharpe as a ref. No feel for the game. A few incredibly soft penalties.

Really like the wahs this year, that right edge probably the best in the comp. Prop depth is poor but if AFB stays fit they should be there at the business end again
Good control of the game, all round. Territory especially has been ace.

And now a DWZ intercept to put another hammer-blow on, at the end of a solid Dolphins set. :)

Does anyone think that Andrew Webster could catch second year coaching syndrome? Extra expectations on the Warriors this year and now rival coaches have a better idea of what he is about. Just because they had great first seasons doesn’t guarantee long term success. Everyone’s laughing punching bag impressed everyone in his first year. Seibold also was coach of the year in his first season. Peter Moore got the bulldogs to a preliminary then went to water.

Webster has a lot of Ivan in him, calm and measured. Seaplod came across as a self important twat from day 1.

Only tuned in 15 mins ago, but the Warriors are looking pretty sharp.
We've never looked like losing this one - the game control has been mostly on-point.

There's been the odd lapse on D (to be expected so early in the year) but scramble has been pretty good

However what pleases me is surprisingly few breakdowns in communication on attack.

This Warriors squad is really gonna challenge every other club's defence, and that's an extremely exciting prospect!
