Millie Elliott is one of six Sydney Roosters players included in the team and she will be joined in the front row by Caitlan Johnston, who recently revealed she would be leaving Newcastle at the end of the season for Cronulla.
Uncapped duo Jakiya Whitfeld and Ellie Johnston have also been listed in the extended squad and could be drafted into the side before kickoff.
Kezie Apps and Isabelle Kelly will once again co-captain NSW.
