My team lost. I'm just not biased enough to claim it was match fixing and then completely disappear when all the penalties and restarts went the other way. Don't worry, you weren't the only one who went missing on that blatantly incorrect call.
All the penalties? You mean both of them? The one where the blues had to challenge to get the right call? Or the one where Ponga took it in an offside position that was so blatant that even Klein couldn’t ignore it?

And the criticism that I don’t post on your schedule? That’s weird. Don’t be that guy.

QLD have played three of the worst halves of football in Origin history in the first two games and somehow NSW let us get into a decider. We can't play any worse, would be so sweet for everything to click in game 3 and blow them off the park.

I’m glad they changed the ref at half time… oh wait.. I dont care what anyone says there were two different sets of rules for the ruck and 10 from the first half to the second half and that just ruins the game as a spectical

qld took their chances so fair play to them but that’s some very average origin reffing right there. Talking about the game one penalty count is a false comparison Shit half of the penalties in that game were from qld strips that we had to challenge. Hardly bail outs.

nsw without a doubt shot themselves in the foot with completions and kicking in the first half but seriously the last two penalties that lead directly to tries that were magically blown after qld dropped it were just Klein specials.

Made it a shit game despite the tight finish.

Rant over

If Stefano whatever the f**k his name is hadn’t of obstructed one of the Maroon merkins then Nathan could have had a match turning try. His luck with injury is really hampering him but sure he’s the easy target for you pricks. Mitch Piss only won the one comp in his career off the back of Sonny Bill and Maloney anyway.. he never won Origin man of the match awards like Nathan in Game 2 of 2020 and 2022 or won a GF practically on his own like Nathan in 2023.
That's the thing, it had nothing to do with Chin that the try was disallowed. I have seen those awarded on other occasions.,

I don't support PENRITH!!! but I find a lot of the hate Cleary gets just misguided and a tad weird. It's like people expect him to have hit his peak at an age where even the best of the past 30+ years hadn't quite hit theirs.

The biggest indictment on Klein is that whenever he's announced as the ref for an upcoming Origin game on the NRL FB pages, the most Liked comments are either:

a) Congrats Qld, you've got this one in the bag
b) Well done NSW, Qld are done for

His interpretation of the game epitomises everything I despise most about Origin in its' current form. Even if Lomax converts two more of his kicks tonight I'd be saying the same thing.

How many of QLDs penalties were blatant ones that couldn't be ignored. We've got the 2 acts of foul play. Robson lying in the ruck. There was Stefano on the obstruction. Crichton's high shot. So that's at least 5 easy ones that shouldn't count because there was no choice but to award them.

So now it's actually down to 5 penalties that may or may not have been bad.

What about the ones they didn’t call for lying all over the ruck? You trying to tell me that QLD were perfect when NSW were coming off their line?

Thrilled the Maroons were able to hang on but it really goes to show how influential the rub of the green is. For all this talk about how ill-disciplined the Maroons were in Game I, I didn't notice much of a difference to see a 10-2 swing.

It's almost like there's a happy medium, yet we have this official who can't help but go from one extreme to another...

Are you going to tell me that NSW was not inside the 10m at all a single time the whole game? And infringed in the ruck twice in the first 12 minutes and didn't again for the rest of the game?

We were inside the 10 apparently. In the 33rd minute where you guys dropped it and Kline bailed you out with a yardage penalty. Which qld scored off the back of.

I’ll think you’ll find it was qld that kept a perfect 10 all game… haha

Thank you for saying this, nobody can accuse you of having a sook.

Right. So we agree that the ref was arbitrary in his decision making.

And somehow that resulted in NSW being penalised 8-0.

Huh? I assume you must be a QLDer. Carrigan got pinged for being inside the 10 in the 33rd minute.
