Tenacity & patience aren't usually hallmarks of a Warriors performance, but it was really good to see them tonight.

This is a good base to build from.

I think a lot of footy fans think big score = good game but that has never been the case for me. One of my favourite games was Roosters winning 4-0 over Manly in the 2013 finals.

There was a period there were there were a few costly errors at opportune times from both sides that I think a few are focusing on. Other than that it was a tightly fought arm wrestle that really could have gone either way. As a Warriors fan I thought the Roosters were going to jag a try and go on with it at 6-4 (like they’ve done many times) cHT try I hoped was enough but didn’t feel confident until Ali scored his second. Just glad to get one against the chooks it’s been too long
