Time for Strauss to put men on the boundary
Time for Strauss to put men on the boundary
Yes Bollinger bowled sh*t but that wasn't him at 100% fitness. If he was bowling at his usual pace and being smashed around then I'd be worried for him. Should be better for the run, you usually need one Test under your belt to get back to your best.
We can only hope he is 100% fit for the WACA test although we know these selectors are a bit dumb and may drop him.
Happy they've hit Anderson out of the attack
Poms still a massive 325 ahead, 12 overs into the innings and Strauss has 3 men on the leg side boundary,:lol:
Wouldn't surprise me and they would be a laughing stock if Johnson was picked as I don't see how he could have found his form again in the nets. At least if they pick Hauritz he has 2 FC games, one where he took a 5 fer to go on.
Atleast these two have taken a lot of shine off the new ball, here's for a massive opening partnership...
I agree but you know what they are like. I do rate Johnson at his best and he would help alot but the problem is he hasn't been at his best for over a year. I think he will play a shield game at the Gabba before 3rd test so I guess we will see how he bowls. I think hauritz needs to come back in to the side with a view of getting O'keefe into the team after the Ashes.
