Friday @ the MCG... I'll be there :D

Another battle of the bowlers, or will the batsmen shine on the MCG pitch?

And who's in and out?

For NZ, I hope Flynn returns and replaces Fulton at 3. Fulton has been terrible for the last year

Ryder will go back to open... with Guptill down to 3... Fulton or Elliot will drop out.

id like to see Boult to get a run.. Maybe for Southee...

That will definitely be preferable, but will Ryder be back so soon?

Fulton must go- in the last year, he has averaged 4 in ODI's.

Eventually, I'd like to see Ryder at 3 and Oram return for Elliot/Southee/O'Brien/Patel. I do like Elliot in the team- he seems to have a great temperament, though he failed last night

Flynn competing with Broom for a spot.

I think we'll benefit greatly from Pup being the captain...

NZ shouldn't change a winning side barring Ryder for probably Fulton.

Ponting still as captain, and if it comes to a thinking game, new zealand will be favourites , if ponting not captain Australia will win

Despite Ponting's shortfall's as a captain I'd rather see him out of the side than in. He's their best bat by a mile, i'm glad he won't have a chance to score more runs against us for the next few games.

After his stupid run out yesterday I think a rest might do him good.

Flynn isn't in the squad. Ryder in for Fulton most likely. Or we could keep Fulton in the side along with Ryder and drop a bowler and Ryder and Elliott could make up the 10 overs.

Awww geez....we need Jess. If Baz keeps getting sawn off our batting is gonna struggle. Craig Cumming.....sux.

He may have been below average representing his country in the past, but there is no need to look to far into that. As this season his domestic form has been nothing short of outstanding, he has kept Otago in quite a few games. He has shed the responsibility of opening for Otago and has settled down at number four. His foot movement that has been a problem in the past, is now the best it has been since he launched his domestic career. If he does get an opportunity I have a ton of faith in him.
