Who'd have thought Bill Lawry would bring sanity to the commentary lol

Loving Waqar

And Azhar is the best opener in test cricket ATM by a good distance too
Waqar has been great. Good to see a high quality overseas commentator especially after Ian Smith's whinging and Pietersen's giggling.

Yeah Melbourne is an awesome city - I go there sometimes for the Australian Open and it's a great place to visit - I'm just sooking because the rain is ruining the cricket.

And cricket is Australia's national sport imo. Flogball is only played in less than half the country so doesn't qualify.
Yeah I know fumble ball was a rare troll

I'd say Pakistan will go for 400 and then hope they topple our inconsistent bats twice. Real soft underbelly, if they get early wickets then Maddinson and Wade aren't exactly the type to save us.

This Osman bloke on ABC radio is pretty decent too... Foreigners showing locals how it's done as usual.... Give 'em a 457 visa and get rid of Chappell and co...

I believe Waqar also commentated for Ch9 during the 2004/05 summer.

Agree with those above, Waqar is a good commentator and analyst. Hope The Cricket Show gets him to do a masterclass on swing bowling.
