Maybe they just watched his bowling rather than the results of it and noticed he bowled poorly.

Not a terrible start, aside from Johnsons first ball. Bird looks ok.

He bowled no worse than Johsnon did in Perth, and yes he was poor in the first innings in Hobart but he played a massive part in our win in that second dig. Johsnon is a 31 yr old hack who has let us time and time again. Starc can only improve.
