Pretty standard Kiwi line up tbh.

A couple of guns mixed with a bunch of A grade cricketers.

Part and parcel of having a smaller player pool to pick from I guess.

We on the other hand don't have that excuse for our dire batting line up.

Your mob ... it was like Viv Richards and Graeme Pollock v Ewen Chatfield and Chris Martin on this wicket.

It’s moving a touch but the lack of application by these batsmen has been appalling.

Yep

Except this is a good lineup 6 genuinely good to world class test cricketers - Williamson, Taylor, Watling, Boult, Southee and Wagner. Desperately need Latham to do more, and I guess Raval to be better than he is

4 down at lunch. Didn't see the openers but Taylor and Nicholls should be embarrassed

Lol lot of players getting out caught behind down leg in this series

58 might not be the lowest score in the series:(

England have to tempted to enforce the follow on. Helluva way to end their tour unless something drastic happens.
Pity it's not a 3 test series.

f**king nasty blow to Watling, he looks like a fifth grader against the short stuff at the moment.

Terrific short delivery that

Batsmen the world over are pretty shit at handling this stuff TBH the existence and continued success of Wagner exemplifies that

The dismissals are substandard.

Raval plodded his front foot down middle stump line and then forward defended his bat to a ball two stumps wide of off stump.

Latham cover drives a ball without foot movement.

Taylor cover drives one he is reaching for.

Nicholls hoiks at one, playing a drive basically to a back of the length ball.

Just had to get through 10 overs and England would have dragged their length back. No patience or technical skill and here we are.

Good bowling yes, but look at BJ Watling. Playing the lines he wants, leaving well, and using a straight bat. Yes it’s hard but it’s very doable.

Barmy Army trumpeter belting out Sunny Afternoon by the Kinks. If there’s one thing I love it’s music from that era. Great song. Great rendition too.

Yep he’s gutsy AF.

CDG surprising me with his application here. Doing a terrific job.
