As good as the win is, I feel it has prolonged Ponting, Haddin, Johnson and Siddle's time in the side.

Cummins is very handy...I reckon he could be as good as Mitch with the bat in future. His core technique looks very good

Haddin will stay, because Paine is still injured and Wade isn't very good. I'd still be dropping Johnson and Siddle. Ponting will depend on Marsh being fit I reckon

Johnson has got to go regardless, Ponting (and Haddin) will probably last the summer, Siddle can go as well, until such times as he learns to pitch the f**king ball up!

moffo + TPB = unbeatable

lolololololol

runs under pressure, like I said yesterday, will save the careers of Punter and Haddin

wouldn't matter how many runs Notch made, he is a bowler not a batsman, he's there to take wickets

fantastic result, Saffas still haven't beaten us on their home soil

bring on the Kiwis

I'm happy for Haddin to last the summer - especially with the Aussie pitches that he loves coming up.

Ponting - as much as I love him, it's time to go with Marsh and Khawaja around to take his place.

Johnson and Siddle - f**k off.

Great win for the Aussies but i get a bad feeling that this win will prolong the careers of players that are well past their used by date. Hopefully the new mob have got more balls than Hilduds crew.

And Patty Cummins a star is born :D

I have a bad feeling that Bitch, Hadds and Punter will be retained due to their efforts in helping Australia win this test. Although let's not beat around the bush - without Cummins we would have been chasing 500.

SA's 266 in the first innings was the reason they lost the test, they should have put us to bed but their batsmen threw their wickets away.

Ponting saved australia from a massive collapse.

Clarke showed glimpses of stupidity in the field placings, particularly against lower order batsmen.

Hopefully he'll review thus performance more thoroughly and learn from his mistakes

Johnson has to go, he averaged 80....with the ball! Ideally would have liked to get Wade in there but hard to see Haddin being dropped likewise Ponting. So as usual the bowlers will be the ones copping it and no batsmen will be made accountable for the all out for 47.

Haddin scored his first half century this year.

Not good enough, especially when Wade is averaging 55 in Sheild cricket.
