I'm a tough task master to big income earners thats all.

To win the premiership, we have to have the best or near best at every aspect of our game.

I've really warmed to Kimmorley now that Andos gone & he is playing well.

I think Merritt may have to work his way up from reserve grade. You couldn't drop Simmo after that excellent showing.

3. Peach
2. Gallen
1. Too hard to decide between Stevo, Noddy, Williams, Simmo, Dumas and countless others.

Fair call Reefy.
I disagree but I can see where you are coming from.
The scary thing for me is what would we get without the $400k a year.
IMO Kimmorley is a bargain.
There aint much else out there.
No other half I'd want. (but I'm a self confessed Kimmorley fan even beforte he came here).
Spend $250k on Firman? No.
I do think Matthew Head is a good player though but his price has now skyrocketed.

I am looking forward to next week. It is very important we back up this performance otherwise our credibility will cease to exist again.

We beat a certain for the top 8 and a genuine top 4 contender tonight missing the likes of Vangana, Merrit, Lomu and Beattie.

Most of these will return next week and if combined with our enthusiasim tonight we should get the points. Despite it being only round 6 we have to start making inroads towards the top 8 IMO.

Absolutley.
Winning 1 game is easy. Time to get a roll on now.
But Parra at home could be difficult.
& the worst part about it is, their weakness is in the centres.
So I hope Vaganas fit to play.

Hate to see what you'd be like if you hadn't warmed to him.

No wait I remember.

Kimmorley, like most halfbacks, needs his forwards to dominate and tonight is the first time this year they did. And Kimmorley showed all the skills he had.

As to your critiques of his kicking game a few went to big but there were plenty that put Chifcofske under huge pressure.

Couldn't give a rats arsse if he's the incumbent cucumber.
He is the highest paid player ever in the club.
For the amount of money the club pays him, I expect him to be the best in the world every game. Like Johns.

& he is good enough to be that .

Johns has never been the best in the world in every game he has played. Heck, Noddy has constantly wiped his arse on Joey when they've played over the past couple of years.

There's been stacks of games where the Knights have copped a belting, even with the 'best player in the world ' playing.

Reefy I must have been watching a different game. BK's kicking game was pretty good tonight. He did put a couple over the dead ball line but most were well placed and well chased and often by him. He made us a lot of ground. He is the heart and soul of this team and an inspirational leader. I am really struggling to pick a 123 because there were so many good performances. I would probably go Kimmorly, Peach, Stevens because I think their leadership brought out so many great games from from the others.
Sully was brilliant - provides an alternate attacking focus
Gallen - a great game
Isemonger - showed what we've been waiting for
Simmons - surely has cemented his position - the kid will be a champion
J Williams - F##k he runs hard
Nutley - he has controlled himself - huge workrate
Dumas - Great attacking skill but please learn to pass
Hilder - a real tradesman (but not at 5/8)

You must have been watching a different game then.
His cross field bomb went about 10 metres high & was easily picked off.
Anything that went near Schiff, as PJ says, put him under pressure but not because of the quality or distance of the kick, but because of peaches Chasing game, which I might add, is getting us more yards than the kicks deserve.
His repeat set kicks, were "repeatedly" going dead. 5 occasions.
For mine it was better, but in Kimmorleys own words, "we just have to realise that we have to improve on that. We can't go telling ourselves we were good."

Actually I can't disagree with your analysis on BK, I dont think 400k will ensure perfection either!

In a well oiled outfit...the bloke is a champion!

Wins games with his brilliant football brain...

He is a pleasure to watch sometimes :D
