Not criticising the guy for criticisings sake, but I dont like Mateos version of wet weather footy.

Thought he was quite reckless at times..

What did he have, 1 error? Which was a strip?

Sounds like criticizing for the sake of it to me.

One thing that f**ked me off last night was the kicking on the 3rd or 4th tackle despite the team making 10+ m per hit up.

Maloney does this all the time for no reason at all, and the fan club sit there golf-clapping and saying "smart football, smart football".

Hon mentions Locke, Manu, Packer & Mateo, Omar had a good short stint, I think we are definitely on the up, if Maloney had been on target we would of been celebrating 3 in a row.

Remember Maloney came to the Warriors as a bit of a nobody, with the Storm but playing up on the Central Coast (NSW).

Now he's one of our geniune stars. We wouldn't consider starting a game this year (or last) without him. Had a very poor game in the wet last night though. It happens to the best of them.

Just getting off Maloney and getting back to Manu, would the Manu of a few years ago fend off Parker and score at the death? One more thing, where were his support players at that time? Or do we expect our players to be supermen?

If we'd scored last night it would've been one of the all time great finishes though.

Feeling nervous now cause the Cowboys have won and the Tigers are at home to Penrith and right in the game (and you'd expect them to win at home).

I think the idea was to keep the bronco's in their own half as much as possible, those 3rd and 4th kicks were finding space and not allowing a good kick return. I think it was a good tactic to play the game in their end.

One defining moment in the game was Maloney's out on the full kick. It should have been a Johnson bomb not a cross field stab...and then it just goes out on the full...
