3- Barnett.

HM- Egan, Capewell

DM-

DWZ- a woeful defender, covered for by his team mates
JFH- just a terrible tackle at the worst time to jeopardise the result.

I will say that JFH was great in every way except for his ill discipline.

3. Capewell. Thank god for him inside DWZ
2. Niukore. Been great this year
1. Egan. Running really direct, great service, tackles everything

HM: Barnett, Clark, Metcalf was good

DM: DWZ - surely it shows up on video how ridiculous it is when he insists on jamming up and in?
RTS was poor tonight, ring rust so you can forgive.
JFH was off, seemed to play too emotively. A lot of yelling at Phins when they dropped balls

3 Capewell - best game in a Warriors jersey. He was defending 2 players for most of the game and shut down Herbie. what an effort. might have played himself into the Maroons with the Gilbert pec injury.
2. Clark - that go forward he brings is such a weapon for the Warriors. In the second half when he came back on it changed the game.
1 Metcalf - chip and regather brilliance and his general kicking game was on point. A debate about the value of 10m droppies aged badly when we won the ball back 3 out of 4 times.

HM CHT, Niukore, Pompey, Barnett

DM. DWZ - i really dont see his value in the team when we dont have a functional backline (due to injuries) to set him up. Passenger.
DM JFH - dumb play. expected better from the teams leader. could have cost us the game.

Really feeling like I didn't give Capewell enough credit now. He was babysitting DWZ on their best edge.
Yep, that could have been a f**king disaster zone if he didn't bodyguard DWZ all night. I bet you he knew that going into tonight and nailed it. Huge game. Might get to play Origin because of it

Big Marn made a great point, there's very little to recommend DWZ for when we don't have an attack that gives our right side winger space to do what he did in 23. He carries ok but far out I'll just keep saying it, he is just so bad on D. If I was Webby I'd march him out to the right touch line of Mt Smart on Monday, point to the white bit and tell him to f**king stay on it

03: Capewell. - Best game for Warriors.
02: Clark. - We just need to keep him on.
01: Metcalf. - Good, GK still needs work.

HM: Tanner Stowers-Smith - Great debut.
HM: James Fisher-Harris besides that tackle that got him sin binned.

No DM's we got players needing more game time to clean the rust out. If anyone is to blame for DWZ and RTS, mention the coach.

3. Capewell - Locked up Herbie all night ... and babysat DWZ.
2. CHT. becoming the perfect foil to Metcalfe. Kicked really well, clutch defense and ran some great support lines. His contribution can't be denied.
1- Metcalfe. Offering a little more every week. Does need to practise his goalkicking though

HM Barnett, Egan, Halasima, Niukore and Pompey.
I do think we could unlock Halasima's attack more.

DM JFH for the silly shoulder ruining what was otherwise a good comeback.

our young forwards are really starting turn into a production line with Leka, Sifikula, Laban, and now TSS all cutting it at the top level

Might get him running up and down with a dog shock collar that goes off if he is more than 5m in from it.

Nice to see some footy IQ development from Metcalfe, trying for 2 point field goal attempt few seconds out from halftime.
