Bailey still got it, we could do worse ( well we already have), by picking him again for Australia again

Australian batsmen always seemed to be concerned with the state of the wickets which is
fine, but the wicket shouldn’t necessarily be blamed for poor batting and batting techniques.
While the Indian batsmen on the other hand have adapted well to all conditions and accepted the challenge to excel which is what you would expect from professional players.

Outside the BBL he averages in the twenties this season.

He's going well in hit and giggle but I wouldn't be picking him for Australia based on his other performances at his age.

And now for some space travel

Langer finds light at the end of the tunnel

“I honestly believe we should take great confidence out of this series,” he said after India’s seven-wicket win at the MCG secured a 2-1 series win for the tourists.

“India are a gun side and we got very, very close to them.

“We could have won tonight if we’d taken our chances, we could have won the other night (in Adelaide). So we should take great confidence out of that.

“I honestly think there’s some light at the end of the tunnel for this team, I really do.

“We’ll take some great confidence out of not just this series, but the Test series, believe it or not.

“There’s been some real shining lights from this series. And hopefully we can keep finding some more shining lights over the next three or four months.”

I almost had an accident.

We could have won if we hadn’t have lost.

lol, utter delusion.

Ironically if you take Dhoni out the series it’s probably 3-0, but regardless Australia were easily outplayed for most of the series.

With any other coach Klangers comments would be one of those things as throw away lines to feed the media while the players get read the riot act.
Klanger actually believes his BS.

Reality is India never got out of first gear.
