At least 40-50 short of where we needed to be after the start we got...but 290 is in that awkward chasing range so who knows.
Finch batted really well but both he and Smith got out at exactly the wrong time. Smith particularly threw it away. Commentators trying to put it on the middle order for failing, but we needed a set bat out there tbh.
Is he gonna kill himself though? Can't blame Finch, it was time for him to push. Warner did ok. Maxwell... well, that's Maxwell, and that's probably the approach they wanted at that point. Hard to blame anyone in particular. It just fell apart.
To be fair, I'm not sure what you can bowl to Rohit when he's on like he seems to be tonight. The bloke can slog sweep sixes with a wrist flick from four feet outside off
lololol 2/234 with 10 overs left and they just scrape to 290-odd. India already 0/70 and destroying us. I'm glad the batsmen are so versatile.. they can crumble, but also throw away a position of strength as well
