Do you want to know what i reckon the difference is? Australia havent faced a good bowling attack since 99 when Amrbose and Walsh were still around. Since that time they've developed this reckless attitude towards their batting which they have previously been getting away with.
People have called it taking the game to a new level and how the Aussies are awesome bully boys with the bat. But IMO they have just taken advantage of batting against the likes of Marlon Black, Merv Dillon, Kyle Mills, Nicky Boje, Robert Croft, Dominick Cork, Andy Caddick, Ashish Nera, etc etc etc. for a good 5 years.
Now, all of a sudden they have had to come up against a true world class bowling attack. The first time in over half a decade. And unfortunately for Australia over 5 years of batting bad habits, smashing nuffies all over the park, is coming back to bite them on the ass.
They no longer know how to grind it out. Infact only once has that happened, Justin Langers 82 in the last test.
How good is England's bowling attack though. Jones the 3rd change! And then Gilo the king of Spain then comes on to rip through the Aussies!
