I don't get the whole send off thing... For mine, if you walk up to me and call me a merkin for no good reason... It's fight time... It certainly won't happen on the field where it could potentially hurt the team...

Meh. He's a fast bowler. I'd rather he was aggro than a pushover, which I still think Southee and Boult (who are excellent bowlers, mind) can be. Harder for a batsman to dominate a bowler with a bit of mongrel. Although I suppose you run the risk of playing into the hands of the odd batsman who likes a fight

:lol: This isn't just the street, this is a pressured contest and sometimes things happen and are said in the field of battle. He was bowled neck and crop but he decicided to wait around. I remember Micheal Clarke copped it on here deluxe once for not walking off after he had nicked a spinner to first slip lol. I suppose he's an aussie but a Kiwi i fine to loiter for days.........
