Hastings may as well go all out and start his run up from the sight screen.

Might be able to crack 135 kmh.

I've never seen someone bowl so short on such a consistent basis as Johnson.

Fair dinkum, his stock ball is nothing more than a gentle pie that's pitched no more than about 1/3 of the way down the wicket.

And when he changes things up, its either short and on leg stump or a full toss to 2nd slip.

And this is supposed to be the new and improved Shitchell 2.0.

What the hell happened to that famous inswinger hes renowned for at the WACA where he ripped the Poms apart with in 2010 and the Saffers in 2008? At least Starc was able to produce it twice in the first innings, but the swing was nowhere near the extent as the WACA test earlier this year especially the ball he got Tendulkar out on.

How the hell are they going to get Amla out , this is some of the best batting ive seen. Our bowlers bowl in good areas and he just adjusts his footwork and tears us up.

Hastings bowled a few good balls in the first innings but now he's really been exposed now with his lack of pace especially when he's bowling pies and short stuff

Yeah he's a great batsman. I'm beyond angry and enjoying watching the Saffas grind us into the dirt.

Its a shame Pat Cummins is Jason Gillespie Mk II with his injuries because the Aussies really could do with some of the bowling he produced in Johannesburg.

I have absolutely nooooo idea how we're going to take 8 wickets especially with that bastard Fafefafenoiby to come. Boy did he come into the SA side at the right time and produced a crucial innings which could end up being the difference between the two sides in the series. I know Pattinsoninjured and being down one strike bowler hurt us dearly much like when Bollinger went off in India and we lost, but we still shouldve won last test and now the SAFFERS have found a lot of confidence. Deja vu of what happened in 2009 after the Cardiff test

Dunno why Australia has so many fields men on the rope. You're not going to get wickets by hoping they're going to suddenly start hitting out.

What do u think of this WACA pitch compared to ones in the past ?

At the moment it's absolute rubbish for the bowlers,WACA pitches always hold more bounce and movement but this one on day three appears to be as flat as a flightdeck on an aircraft carrier.
We have bowled some rubbish but by and large it's a batsmans wicket.

How do explain the large amount of wickets that fell on the first 2 days then? Do u think days 4/5 will get better? Which WACA test would u say is the ideal WACA pitch?
