But we lost the test match on our first innings. After doing all the hard work to skittle the Saffas on the first day, we capitulated to epic proportions when we should've had at least a 100+ run lead. Now, we have paid the price for our shambolic efforts.

That has been the difference between the two teams this series. I know Pattinson getting injured hurt our bowling stocks on the final day of the Adelaide test, but we still should've taken those last 6 wickets. Deja vu of the 2009 Ashes series all over again. England survived in Cardiff where we should've won (i.e. although the result was a draw, psychologically, it was a win for England), and hence took a lot of confidence into Lord's where we surrendered meekly in the 1st innings and they were always going to be difficult to stop from there.

I was being sarcastic..

But this series was a bit like the "Rumble in the Jungle"..

Seth Efrika "rope-a-dope"'d us..We wore ourselves out throwing punches they were just taking on the arms..

Then when we had nothin' left..BANG..Good Night Irene..

Steyne looks like he's having a psychotic episode when he gets a wicket

Steyn does look like a bit of a hot head and someone you wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of off the cricket field. Even White Lightning - Allan Donald - didn't look like demonic and psychotic when he was playing.

What a f**king wanker celebration, poor shot by Wade but them antics are over the top.

It maybe a wanker celebration, but no-where near as wankerish as the Indians and Poms (who are my two most hated sides by a country mile). Both teams, especially the Indians, carry on like that all the time but when the coin is reversed, they cry foul and would've demanded the ICC to take disciplinary action.

Apparently for Steyn is nospam29. The boys on ABC were saying he's very laid back off the field.

Gorrrne. Peterson destroying the Australians.

Steyn's a crazy nut though, he looks like one of those types that wrestle crocs as leisure/ down time in the offseason

I really can't wait to see us hammer the Indians in their own backyard in a couple of months time.
