In Melbourne we weren't good enough to take a wicket, but here we've had three LBW appeals turned down that shouldn't have been and now twice the ball has hit the stumps without dislodging the bail.

Not sure what else they can do to be honest.

100 partnership
Bad LBW decisions and lack of bails falling off like they are supposed to aside ...

I ain't watching this sh*t anymore
Australian bowlers just haven't got the mongrel anymore
They are pedestrain
Especially with McDonald and Hauritz on
Morkle is defending without any problem whatsoever
I have a bad feeling we will only pick up one more wicket this evening, if that ... and South Africa will eventually get a lead tomorrow morning

he seems to think we should ignore that and say they're bowling terribly :?

No, we haven't bowled terribly
We have bowled okay but not great ... and these bowlers need to be bowling great if we want a chance to win
But we should be bowling with a purpose, with intent, with passion and with mongrel
We are not doing any of that
Maybe we are making excuses like some of you.
But you should never make excuses
If the umpire screws you over, use that as a motivational tool
These two are not great batsmen. In fact, they are ordinary with averages of 30 and 15 respectively. We should be on top of them
But here they are with an 113 run partnership going for close to 40 overs (that's nearly half a day)

FMD

they've had these bastards out twice but Bowden wouldn't give them

there's not much more they can do

and why do you say that people are making excuses?

they are legit reasons. this partnership had received two favourable calls from Bowden

if India were playing they'd chuck a tanty and threaten to go home unless Bowden was removed.
