39 overs PAK are 3/100.

Hafeez made 27
A. Ali (back from injury) 0
Malik 38

Currently it's Younis and Misbah looking to get Pakistan out of a tricky situation once again.
They can't be expected to do it every time.

Younis is 30 off 56 balls
Misbah is 3 off 23 balls

Broad has bowled 8 overs and has 1/1.

Team changes for Pakistan are Masood and I. Khan out replaced by A.Ali and R. Ali.

England team changes are Buttler and Wood out with J. Taylor in and S. Patel (spinner) in.
Bairstow is WK and England are playing 3 spinners.

Big wicket for England.

Younis out for 31.

PAK 4/103 after 41 overs. Run rate is 2.5 an over.

If poms can get them out for under 250 odd, then they have a great chance of winning this one

Pak 5/174

all out 234

Anderson 4/17
broad 2/13

It was a very good effort from Misbah. At 41 and a half yrs old and he is still making vital runs for Pakistan.

Pakistan will need a few early wickets on day 2.

If Pakistan could somehow get The Poms 4/130 or there abouts then the Poms could collapse.

Rabbits20, Paki's have indeed got the 4/130 odd

should get them out well under 200, spinners coming into the game big time now

Good to see Taylor getting among the runs. I have been calling for him to be in the test side for months now. He should have played against Australia and should have played the 1st test against Pak. He has the right temperament to succeed in the sub continent and at test level.

He'll make a big hundred this Taylor bloke, a few of the others need to hang around and support him, eg stokes patel

Master stoke bringing in Bairstow for Butler

I can see the poms being 150-200 runs ahead on the first dig.

Bairstow played last test. Butler was dropped for Taylor with Bairstow taking on the gloves.

Stokes is very unlikely to bat after dislocating a shoulder.

Go Pakistan
