It certainly doesn't reflect well on Smith and whoever else is in the leadership team...

First decide they are under pressure so the response is to cheat... then pick out the most junior at risk person in the team and get him to do it...

Just weird... they have capitulated mentally, a systematic attempt to cheat... wow, I get the occasional guy that does something like this as a one off, but for the 'leaders' to get together and say "here's an idea" - and to be stupid enough to think it wouldn't be seen - Special Steve and Davey Dumb Dumb indeed - the runs dry up, the heat comes on, and this is what we get?!?!?!

As someone said above, I'd suggest fining Bancroft and suspending the captain, and perhaps the rest of the leadership group
