Yup this is a stain on Smith forever but let’s not forget faf as well, wonder what his thoughts are ? someone should stick a microphone on him and see
I agree he has totally tarnished his reputation not arguing that point at all. The worst thing is the position he put one of his young players in. It's not the actions of a captain or a leader. No it wouldn't. I don't want anyone involved to ever play again. Smith has ruined his career
That comment just shows how clueless he is.f**ken Smith “we’ll learn from this and move on”, he has no idea he’s basically just ended his career,
Barnaby Smith.Steve Smith will easily find a role in the Liberal Party with his spiv-speak once he is forced to resign.
The lack of accountability at the highest levels of politics, business and sport in this country is ridiculous. Take some f**king responsibility.
Smashing the buffet I reckonLehman as team coach helps form the team's culture. If the team cheats the culture stinks and so the coach should go.
And if he didn't know he should have, what was he doing during the lunch break while it was bring discussed?
We've lost a lot more than a cricket game mate.I think if we can keep them to 450 lead we are a chance of losing by no more than 250 runs
The worry is this was, in their words, from the leadership group
Sure, Bancroft can be suspended, but Smith, Warner (seems logical the v/c is part of the leadership group) and whoever else is in that group should be hit hard... If Bancroft is the sole person punished, it's kind of the last straw with the ICC being a joke -he's a junior player, and it seems he was being a team player.
Pretty funny to see the usual ex pommy captains going off about this. Didn’t they admit to doing it with mints in 2005?
