I don't think his weight it a problem, if it starts slowing him down, I'll have words with him about it. I need to have words with Smith about his weight gain though

there is nothing wrong with Amla, his beard adds to his persona as a figure in the game. And his technique works for him, when it stops producing runs at a consistent rate and with a good average, then and only then will we have words with him about it

If you could get on to Kallis about that triple hundred it'd be good, thats what I want to see. Possibly in this game as well.

why 11%? I think the beard is a part of him, he's almost not Hashim Amla without it. I do think it is a bit long though, so I may have some words with him about trimming it down

That's my scientific analysis. The beard without a moustache thing went out with Lincoln.
