Well done England. People can bag the Aussie selectors/captain/whoever they want, but the fact is England has played better as a team and have deserved their win, and I doubt there's anyone currently in Australian cricket who could've changed that. England are a team at the height of their powers, and came prepared.

Should be an interesting couple of years for Australian cricket. It has to enter a rebuilding phase now. Will be interesting to see who they pick and who steps up.

The funny thing is I honestly don't think the England players are more talented than their Australian counterparts or anything like that... I just think they are a lot better coached.

There is something seriously wrong with the Australian coaching setup that hasn't been addressed because we were winning all the time so they assumed it was being done right. This has to change before we can even consider righting the wrongs of the selectors, or we are doomed to repeat this cycle of chopping and changing.

Johnson should be dumped again. This performance isn't much different to Brisbane.

Expensive, erratic, unthreatening and struggled to be significant as a bowler.

Ponting and Harris will be omitted due to injuries. If we get a crumbling SCG pitch as we always used to, it might pay to have O'Keefe and Hauritz in the side. Dump Smith, he's useless.

agreed TT, some of the shots yesterday were ridiculous. Whilst the game was gone today, seeing Siddle wielding the blade like he was looking for a score reeked of someone looking for self glory was pretty disappointing.
