Yep. I reckon Strauss will be sitting up in the change room thinking about getting Pietersen and any other batsman who can roll the arm over to get out to the nets. Looks like the pitch for taking the pace off it.

They were throwing it away til Lee and Bollinger gave away 31 in the last 3 overs. I could've swore this was a 50 over game and not a T/20, Watson to the rescue yet again and stop the rot.

It'll still be a gettable score if we bat well though.

Like I said it's obviously a pitch where the more pace the easier to score. Clarke probably should have had the cajones to keep the spinners on for the power play but you can understand why he didn't. It will be interesting to see how Strauss handles his attack Yardy and Collingwood will obviously bowl out their 10, but I reckon a few of the part timers might get a few overs too.

Where were you the last couple of games when Dougie and Lee bowled well??? No wonder why you cop Victorian alert.

White really needs to rotate the strike more and now needs to start hitting that boundary.
